The Montblanc 1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date with its grey dial with a "glacier" motif gives the impression of looking into the depths of a glacier rich in minerals that have accumulated over millennia. Inspired by the Mer de Glace, this glacial texture was achieved using an almost forgotten ancestral technique called gratté-boisé. The 41 mm timepiece is presented on an interchangeable stainless steel bracelet, which can be quickly and easily replaced with a black rubber strap with grey piping without the need to return to the boutique or use any tools. The watch is also adjustable on the wrist when worn during scuba diving. The timepiece complies with the ISO 6425 standard for scuba diving, is water-resistant to 300 meters and has luminescent indicators that allow reading even in low light.
