Longines, a brand that has always associated its name with the world of sports, now applies its expertise to underwater diving. It all began in 1937, an era when water resistance became a criterion of quality. Longines thus developed a case with waterproof pushers for its legendary caliber 13ZN, and did not fail to patent its creation. Subsequently, the winged hourglass brand signed numerous developments, leading it, in 1958, to create its first civilian diving watch, followed in the 1960s by several other models of the same type.
