What are the delivery times?
DHL: 4-7 business days in Italy, 5-14 days in Western Europe. Eurosender: 5-20 business days. Magic Movers (vintage items): 14-30 business days. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00, with telephone notice.
How does shipping work?
Shipments are handled by specialized couriers (DHL, Eurosender, Magic Movers) selected based on destination and item size. Packaging costs are included in the shipping price. All packages are trackable; transport insurance is available by prior arrangement.
Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at dario.raia@restauriraia.com before shipping the product.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return, to the original payment method. If more than 15 business days pass since approval, contact us at dario.raia@restauriraia.com.
