Richard Arbizzoni

Riccardo Arbizzoni is an Italian designer active in the 1970s, a period of great creative ferment for Italian design. His work is part of the Radical Design movement and the decade's formal renewal, with a particular focus on modularity and the flexibility of living spaces. He collaborated with Zanotta, one of the most innovative manufacturers in Italian design, creating a modular sofa in 1978 that perfectly embodies the Zanotta philosophy: artisanal quality at the service of a cutting-edge design vision. Zanotta pieces from the 1970s are now highly sought-after by international collectors.
